We asked for a tour to the lake La Pedrera and booked for that. We went on a tour with Sofi, she was amazing, so kind. But suddenly we were back at the stable and I asked why we didn´t go to the lake as we booked for. Sofi had not gotten that information and when I asked about it I got an email that Lo Rufete are sorry about it but no refund or a new tour could be done for us.
